URGENT LEGISLATIVE UPDATE: Is Washington State Really Going to Ban 80% Lowers?

Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses HB 1705, which passed out of the House last week and now heads to the Senate. If passed, and signed into law by the Governor, this bill would ban all untraceable firearms and the purchase, sale and possession of all 80% lowers.
